RagAngels Ragdoll Cattery is
dedicated to finding loving homes for happy and healthy Ragdoll kittens and
cats. All kittens are sent to
their new homes when they are ready. That is only when they show the
sufficient physical, social and emotional maturity to adjust to their new
environments with minimal stress.
Purchaser
Agrees to the Following:
- Under
no circumstances will this cat be sold, traded or leased to any pet, shop,
kitten mill, research lab or shelter.
- Adequate
indoors sanitary facilities must be provided and this cat will not be
allowed to roam unattended outdoors.
- Breeder
agrees to provide a complete medical history and records of all vaccines
that this cat has received along with the following guarantee:
Cat
is guaranteed for 72 hours upon arrival against upper respiratory infections,
fleas, worms, fungus and ear mites. Purchaser is advised to take cat to a
registered vet for a complete examination if in doubt.
Breeder guarantees the cat is Felv, FIV and FIP negative at time of placement. (If FIP vaccine is administrated to this animal this contract will be void.) Leukemia vaccine is strongly advised not to be administered unless there is a Leukemia positive cat already living in your home.
Cat
is free of genetic and hereditary defects, but if something should arise or the
animal dies, there is a 2 year guarantee as follows:
a.)
If cat dies within
1st year, a replacement kitten or cat of equal quality from present or future
litter will be offered, or a refund will be issued.
b.)
If cat dies within
2nd year, a replacement kitten or cat of equal quality from present or future
litter will be offered only.
Breeder
requires complete medical reports and/or autopsy, at owners’ expense.
- If
a kitten bought as a stud male or breeding queen does not produce a litter
of kittens by the age of two years old, for reason of genetic defect,
(female uterine problem), (male testicle or sterility problem), upon
certification by a licensed vet stating the nature of the defect and
neuter/spay certificate of said kitten, Breeder will replace the kitten
with the same quality of original breeder kitten. Breeder is not
responsible for re-absorbed kittens, stillborn or any deformity kittens born
of the breeding kitten.
- If
the cat is found to be neglected or ill health for any reasonable time,
the purchaser will surrender said cat to breeder unconditionally with no
refund.
- Under
no circumstances is this cat to be declawed unless a medical situation arises.
- Purchaser's
signature indicates full agreement with all the above terms and
conditions.
